Feel better on the inside

When anxiety, overwhelm, or old patterns keep showing up, it can feel exhausting trying to manage it all on your own.I partner with you in both healing and growth to help you feel like yourself again.

We don’t just talk—we gently explore how experiences are held in the body, nervous system, and inner emotional parts.I offer therapy and medication together—so we can support both your internal experience and your nervous system in a thoughtful, not overwhelming way.

How I can help

Together we explore what is happening internally—your thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, and inner parts. Therapy moves at your pace and focuses on building compassion, clarity, calm, and connection within yourself and is perfect for those who:
  • feel stuck despite previous therapy
  • struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity
  • notice patterns in relationships they want to understand
  • carry trauma or attachment wounds
  • want deeper experiential therapy rather than surface-level coping skills

Therapy

Find your center and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Experiential, trauma-informed therapy integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused work, and nervous system healing. Sessions focus on meaningful, long-term change—not just symptom reduction.

What concerns do you help with?
I commonly work with anxiety, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, emotional overwhelm, and feeling stuck despite previous therapy. My approach focuses on helping the nervous system and emotional parts process experiences that feel unresolved.
What type of therapy do you specialize in?
My work is experiential and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused therapy, and nervous system-based approaches informed by interpersonal neurobiology and Deep Brain Reorienting.
