Feel better on the inside

I partner with you in both healing and growth to help you feel like, well, you again.

My work focuses on experiential healing—meaning we don’t just talk about what happened. We gently explore how experiences are held in the body, nervous system, and inner emotional parts.

How I can help

Together we explore what is happening internally—your thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, and inner parts. Therapy moves at your pace and focuses on building compassion, clarity, calm, and connection within yourself and is perfect for those who:
  • feel stuck despite previous therapy
  • struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity
  • notice patterns in relationships they want to understand
  • carry trauma or attachment wounds
  • want deeper experiential therapy rather than surface-level coping skills

Therapy

Find your center and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Experiential trauma-informed therapy integrating Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused work, and nervous system healing. Sessions focus on long-term change, not just symptom reduction.

Combination

True healing happens when mind and body are treated as one. Using IFS therapy, Sand Tray, and medication management together, I offer integrated whole-person care — where every medication decision is made with clarity, care, and intention. I educate, you decide. Healing goes deeper here.

My work is experiential and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused therapy, and nervous system-based approaches informed by interpersonal neurobiology and Deep Brain Reorienting.
